One-on-One Tutoring

Students are charged for the entire scheduled session even if they arrive late or leave early.

Students are allowed six (6) cancellations per academic year up to six (6) hours before with no penalty. Cancellations less than six (6) hours prior to a scheduled session and cancellations beyond the yearly allotment will be charged 50% of the session total.

Cancellations for travel, appointments, etc. made at least one week prior to the scheduled session will not count against the six (6) cancellation total though excessive cancellations may result in the session spot being given to another student.

Invoices are emailed after the final session each month and must be paid before students can attend their next session. Students using ESA funds must provide proof of submission to attend to their next session. Cancellations due to untimely payments will count against the six (6) cancellation total.
